Man Dies After Jumping Into Charles River
The man never resurfaced, forcing crews to engage in a search Wednesday afternoon.

A man who jumped into the Charles River in the area of Boston’s Museum of Science was found dead Wednesday afternoon, Massachusetts State Police say.
According to fire officials, a marine search crew responded to the scene just after 3 p.m., alongside local firefighters.

The man’s body never resurfaced after going under the water. After conducting search, crews were able to pull the man’s body from the river, officials confirm.
It’s not known why the man jumped into the water. His identity has not been revealed.
