Storm to Hit Town During Holiday Travel Time
Potentially record-breaking rainfall may cause problems for travelers.

A giant storm is headed our way and will likely bring heavy rain and wind on Christmas Eve.
Rain is expected to start on Tuesday and it should intensify on Wednesday. Weather forecasters are predicting at least 1 to 2 inches of rain.
The Dec. 24 Boston rainfall record is 1.33 inches set in 1994. The record high on that day is 61 degrees in 1996. The warm, rainy Christmas Eve is expected to challenge both records, according to 7News’ Bri Eggers.
