Weekend Weather Forecast: Partly Cloudy, Cooler Temps, Rainy Sunday

It won’t feel like July this weekend across the city of Boston. Temperatures will be well below the season average. Partly Cloudy skies should be expected, but some rain will likely sneak into the picture before Monday rolls around.

The latest National Weather Service forecast calls for a near perfect day on Saturday, especially for those tired of the heat and humidity. Partly cloudy skies are expected throughout the day.

Temperatures won’t climb out of the low 70s. Temperatures will dip down into the mid 60s overnight.

Rain is forecasted to move in during the early morning hours Sunday and linger throughout the day. The chance for rain is forecasted at 60 percent. Scattered thunderstorms could pop up during the afternoon hours.

Temperatures will reach an afternoon high of 78 degrees. Temperatures will drop into the upper 60s overnight.
