Align Credit Union Announces Promotions

Align Credit Union is pleased to announce that Charlotte Arivella has been promoted to Assistant Branch Manager at the Amesbury location at 19 Haverhill Road and Kelly Tahan has been promoted to Assistant Branch Manager at the Haverhill location at 20 Cushing Avenue. As Assistant Branch Managers, they will oversee daily operations, business development and Member service.

Charlotte has been part of the Align family for over five years. She started out assisting Members with transactions at the teller line. Prior to joining Align, Charlotte held positions ranging from sales associate to store manager at both family-owned businesses and large corporations.

“As an Assistant Branch Manager, I’ll be able to make even stronger connections with our Members,” said Charlotte. “Educating them on the Align products and services that will help them achieve their financial goals is one of the most enjoyable parts of my new role.”

Charlotte holds an associate degree in business administration from North Shore Community College. She is a notary public and medallion stamp certified.

She lives in Haverhill, Massachusetts with her husband Kevin and their two dogs Emma and Mason.

Kelly has been in the financial industry for over 20 years. Before joining Align in 2012, she was an assistant manager at TD Bank.

“I enjoy helping people with their financial needs,” said Kelly. “I love seeing the look on a Member’s face when I’m able to help them accomplish a goal that they didn’t think was possible.”

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business/accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and is active in the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Plaistow Area Commerce Exchange.

She lives in East Hampstead, New Hampshire with her husband Steve and their two children.
