This class is great for toning and sculpting the legs and core and an effective workout for your glutes, hips, and thighs, as well as upper body. This class will introduce the starting dance student to the techniques and vocabulary of classical ballet with emphasis on posture, placement, and movement. No experience necessary. Traditional ballet shoes and comfortable clothing required. Instructor: Beverly Giarrusso
