Chelmsford Arrests Log Dec. 12-25

The following are the arrests in Chelmsford from Dec. 12-25, according to the Chelmsford Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Dec. 14

Jeange Guy of Fall River arrested and charged with operation motor vehicle after license revoked, operating a motor vehicle after registration revoked, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Paula Leimonitis-Silva of Princeton Street arrested on four warrants.

Mark Stanton of Lowell arrested on two warrants.

Dec. 16

Abigail Mena of Dorchester arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle without being licensed and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Dec. 17

Paul Arcan of Lowell arrested and charged with larceny of property over $250.

James Robert Hogg of Dracut arrested and charged with larceny of property over $250, receiving stolen property, and shoplifting.

Dec. 24

Joseph Babine of Lowell arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise, two counts of illegal possession of a Class E substance and one count of illegal possession of a Class B susbstance.
