Boot camp is a high intensity training class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercise with cardio and strength training. Classes are fun, different each time, and push our participants harder than they’d push themselves. I will keep you guessing and challenge you differently every class! I will teach the proper technique for each exercise and show modifications depending on your current level of fitness. Students should bring water and a towel to class. Instructor: Chris Hayward
