Chelmsford Man Connected to Wakefield Break-In After Arrest in New Hampshire
After arrest in Concord, NH, two men also facing charges in connection with previous Wakefield break-in.

Chelmsford resident Robert Cappella has been charged with an alleged breaking and entering as well as larceny over $250 stemming from a reported break-in from May in Wakefield after being arrested with another man in New Hampshire.
The news came from an announcement from the Wakefield Police Department, that paired Cappella, 24, with Brandon Seeley, 25, of Malden.
The victim in the Wakefield case reportedly returned home that day and found a side door in an enclosed breezeway kicked in, with several items of jewelry stolen from bedrooms. Wakefield Detectives Chris Grace and Jack Ryan investigated and determined that a newer model Mazda 6 sedan had been involved.
From there, Lynn Police investigated an alleged break-in several days later with a similar vehicle description. Police determined that the vehicle likely a rental. Two more break-ins with similar MOs, in Winchester and in Concord, New Hampshire, were also reported within that week.
On May 14, Concord Police reportedly apprehended the two suspects at the scene of that break-in, and also found a red Mazda 6 at the scene. The Wakefield detectives continued their own investigation and reportedly developed enough information to file charges in connection with the Robert Street break-in.
