Chelmsford Man Indicted for Unemployment Fraud in NH
Docs: Derek Perry allegedly failed to report employment income he received while working and collecting unemployment.

CONCORD, NH — A local man was indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court for alleged unemployment fraud, according to court documents. Derek Perry, 46, of Ledge Road in North Chelmsford, MA, was indicted in April for theft by deception and unemployment compensation fraud, both felonies. Between July and October 2014, he allegedly failed to disclose employment where he was paid more than $2,500.
