Robin Berry, 41, of Billerica, was arrested on a warrant.

Gregory Coffey, 32, of Warwick, Rhode Island, was arrested on a host of charges after police said he led officers on a multi-state chase. Coffey was charged with three counts of being a fugitive from justice, failure to stop for police, giving a false name to police, driving negligently, driving without a license and receiving stolen property.

Arthur Voutselas, 26, of Nashua, New Hampshire, was charged with driving after suspension
