Chelmsford Route 3 Crash: Tractor-Trailer Rollover
There was a bad crash in Chelmsford Wednesday afternoon on Route 3 northbound; heavy traffic delays were reported.
CHELMSFORD, MA — A tractor-trailer crashed and rolled on its side on Route 3 in Chelmsford Wednesday afternoon, according to state transportation officials. The crash happened on the northbound side of the highway near the Interstate 495 ramp. Heavy traffic delays were reported in the area.
The crash was reported at about 1:55 p.m. No one was hurt, according to state police.
One lane of Route 3 was closed for crews to remove the truck. The lane was reopened by about 4:15 p.m.
