Chelmsford's Waddington North America Inc. to Receive $216k from State

A Chelmsford company is one of 138 companies across the state to receive a portion of $11 million in workforce training grants to boost employment, according to a state press release published by the North Shore Chamber of Commerce blog. According to the state, the grants will create about 1,700 new jobs and train 13,000 workers.
Waddington North America Inc. will receive $216,558 as part of the grant. The company, according to its website, manufactures "disposable drinkware, dinnerware, servingware, cutlery and custom packaging." Its address in town is listed as 6 Stuart Road.
