Concord River Paddle and Walk, Bedford, September 27
Enjoy the autumn foliage on a beautiful stretch of the Concord River with the Sudbury Valley Trustees
Launching at 10:00 am, paddlers will travel approximately 3.5 miles from the Route 225 boat launch in Bedford down river to Ralph Hill in Billerica, arriving at about noon. We’ll spend an hour enjoying lunch and a walk at Ralph Hill, followed by a return paddle up river (against a mild current) of approximately two hours, returning to the cars about 3:00pm. This event is for experienced, strong paddlers only, with their own boats. Free for members of SVT and OARS. Rain date, Sunday, September 28.
