The Chelmsford Cultural Council, as part of the Massachusetts Cultural Council, is pleased to announce the 16th Annual Chelmsford Photography Contest during Winterfest (www.chelmsfordlibrary.org/winterfest) which will be Friday, February 3 and Saturday, February 4. This year the Photography Contest will be held at the Chelmsford Public Library.
