Middlesex Community College will celebrate its 40th anniversary and Carole Cowan will mark her 20th year as president, at a Grand Gala to be held from 7 to 11 p.m. Friday, Sept. 24. The event begins with a cocktail reception at 7 p.m., with music by the Pan Loco Steel Band. A dine-around celebration will be held from 8 to 11 p.m., with dancing to the music of Night Rhythm. Attire is black tie. Tickets to MCC's Grand Gala are $100 per person. All proceeds benefit the Middlesex Community College Foundation, which supports scholarships to MCC students.
