This concert fundraiser will feature local musicians Maggie Marshall (Music Director of All Saints') and Cyndi Bliss (Music Director of Chelmsford Unitarian) as well as members of the Chelmsford-based Illumination Opera. Additional artists include Martha Warren and Alisa Bucchiere, faculty at nearby Indian Hll Music, regionally-known mezzo-soprano Angela Jajko, pianist Karla Kelley and sopranos Melissa Glaister and Nancy Leinonen Howells, as well as local counter-tenor, Joseph Rondeau.
Suggested donation is $5.00 at the door (more welcome!) and all proceeds will go to the Red Cross for weather-related disaster relief.
Music will include Broadway hits, cabaret standards, and classical pieces. This is a family-friendly evening and a way to help those who experienced loss in this year's extraordinary weather events.
