Sankta Lucia is a traditional Scandinavian festival celebrated in December to commemorate Saint Lucia, a faithful Christian martyr who gave her wealth to the poor, and whose “Festival of Lights” gives mankind hope on the darkest & shortest day of the year. This year's celebration at Trinity Lutheran Church features a pageant starring children and young adults. Light refreshments will be served after the program.
