Fentanyl, Cocaine Trafficking In Chelmsford Indictments: DA
Three cases with ties to Chelmsford were announced in the latest round of grand jury indictments.

CHELMSFORD, MA – Three cases with ties to Chelmsford are among the latest round of indictments in Middlesex County. District Attorney Marian Ryan on Tuesday announced indictments handed down between Sept. 26 and Nov. 20.
All three cases are alleged to have occurred in Chelmsford:
Ty Fowler, 32, of Keene, New Hampshire, was charged with trafficking over 18 grams of cocaine and trafficking fentanyl. The Assistant District Attorney is Shannon Jurgens.

Scott Pratt, 32, of Keene, New Hampshire, was charged with trafficking over 18 grams of cocaine and trafficking fentanyl. The Assistant District Attorney is Shannon Jurgens.
Fowler and Pratt were arrested in May after a "large quantity" of heroin and cocaine was found during a traffic stop on I-495, police said.

Collin McLeod, 23, of Chelmsford, was charged with possession of a large capacity feeding device, carrying a firearm without a license, and possession of ammunition. The Assistant District Attorney is Megan McGovern.
