One-hour kettlebell workshop at Skill of Strength. Learn to swing a kettlebell safely and effectively and burn tons of calories!

One-hour introductory kettlebell workshop for beginners looking to start training with kettlebells and current kettlebell athletes looking to refine their kettlebell swing technique.
(We can ALL work on our kettlebell swing!)
Join Mike Perry, StrongFirst Team Leader, to learn to properly (safely and effectively) swing a kettlebell with 2 hands.
The kettlebell workshop is free for all MOVE. members and $25 for all non-members.
