Isha Kriya, a free guided meditation, is a simple yet powerful tool which is drawn from the core of the yogic sciences. The word kriya means an internal action, while Isha refers to that which is the source of creation. The purpose of Isha Kriya is to help an individual get in touch with the source of his existence, to create life according to his own vision and ambition.

There is no dearth of meditation techniques on the market today. What makes Isha Kriya special is its simplicity and effectiveness. It does not require you to sit through a long program to learn it, but can be taught to anyone (over 12 yrs of age) in a short time. 12 to 18 minutes of practice per day is all it takes to bring peace, dynamism, and wellbeing into your life.

Daily practice of Isha Kriya will help you to organize your energies and provide:

  • Enhanced Clarity
  • Improved Health
  • Heightened focus and energy
  • Greater prosperity and a state of peacefulness and joy

What people are saying:

My experience with this program is very enlightening. During the breathing exercise I felt an inner peace and felt so calm and so relaxed. That is a feeling I have not had in a while. I look forward to seeing how I can reduce stress levels. I believe it will really benefit me because I manage a lot of people and hospitals. So many employees, the stress level is very high. So finding that inner peace and learning to deal with the stress from people and daily life, I think I will benefit immensely.

Offered by Isha Foundation a non-profit, non-religious public service organization.

This program is conducted by a trained Isha Volunteer.
