Level 3 Sex Offender Charged with Failure to Register
Chelmsford man was arraigned Oct. 17, released on bail.

A Chelmsford man, who is a level 3 sex offender, was before a judge Friday after failing to register as a sex offender.
During a Department of Children and Families’ investigation, officials found Nicholas Redding, 35, living at 9 Equestrian St. in Chelmsford, the Lowell Sun is reporting.
According to the Sun, Redding was convicted in 2003 for rape and in 2008 for failure to register as a sex offender. He was released on $5,000 cash bail and is expected back in court on Nov. 12.
