2015 Marks the 60th Anniversary of This Classic New England Fair

The Middlesex County 4-H Fair, an annual event celebrating its 60th anniversary this year, will be held August 28, 29 and 30 at the 4-H Fairgrounds, 55 South Chelmsford Road, Westford, MA. The Fair offers the classic New England fair experience and family-friendly fun for all ages, including hay rides, pony rides, face painting, animal exhibits and shows, a moonwalk and obstacle course, and summertime eats ranging from barbeque chicken to ice cream. A schedule of all the events and exhibits taking place at the Fair can be found at the Middlesex County 4-H Fair website.
The Middlesex County 4-H Fair provides the opportunity for area 4-H youth to showcase their projects and for the public to enjoy and learn from them. Both children and adults will have the opportunity to experience a wide range of activities, from sing-a-longs to watermelon eating contests to sheep shearing demonstrations.
All Fair exhibitors are members of 4-H clubs in Middlesex County and locations around the world, and the Fair is operated by 4-H volunteers. Animal exhibits will include horses, cows, sheep, goats, cats, dogs, pigs, rabbits and chickens. The Fair also includes static exhibits presenting arts and crafts, photography, cooking, gardening and more.
