Police Alert Residents about Skimmers on ATMs at Local Banks

Chelmsford Police are alerting residents that they have received several reports of “skimmers” on ATM machines at local banks. Police say these devices will capture your card information and then access your financial accounts.

Police urge customers if they are using an ATM and see anything that seems out of the ordinary, do not use the ATM. If you see anything which you think may be a skimmer, you are asked to contact police.
