Couldn't make last night's meeting? Don't worry, we've got you covered.

Couldn't make last night's Board of Selectmen meeting? Don't worry, Patch has you covered. Here are five things you missed at last night's meeting:
1. Selectmen Award Bids for School Projects. The town has awarded bids to replace the Byam School roof and Chelmsford High School windows and some doors as part of the state School Building Authority's green repair program. The projects, which were bid at about $327,000 for the roof and about $1.3 million for the windows and doors, will be eligible for about 50 percent reimbursement from the state.
2. Nashoba Valley Tech Stabilization Fund. Town Manager Paul Cohen updated selectmen on the fund, which requires 4 of the 7 towns to vote in favor of establishing it. Chelmsford and two other towns voted down the measure at Town Meeting, while three other towns have approved the account. The tie-breaking decision will be made at Shirley's Town Meeting.

3. Foreclosures are Down. Cohen also reported to selectmen that as John Sousa prepares for the final tax takings of fiscal 2010, only 41 properties are currently in foreclosure as opposed to more than 60 at this time last year.
4. Northern Middlesex Council of Governments. Selectmen appointed Matt Hanson as representative from Chelmsford to that board, with three selectmen voting in favor of his appointment. Pat Wojtas and Jon Kurland cast votes for Wojtas to take that seat instead.

5. Class II Used Auto Dealer's License Withdrawn. The application for a used car dealer license for Philip Smith for P.S. Car Sales was withdrawn after the applicant said they had not yet gone through Planning Board or Conservation Commission for site plan approval. The applicant said they would make an appointment with Economic Development Coordinator Evan Balansky to get a more accurate idea of the process timeline for the process for setting up their business.
