The man struck and killed by a car in Chelmsford over the weekend has been identified as 54-year-old William Hart.Hart was struck by an Audi A4 Sedan Saturday at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Chelmsford Street near the Lowell line, according to a release by the Middlessex DA's Office and Chelmsford Police Chief James Spinney.Hart, who was discovered lying in the street with visible injuries, was pronounced dead after being transported to Lowell General Hospital.It has been reported that Hart was homeless.No charges have been filed. It is still an active investigation
