Vote For Chelmsford in Glee Contest
The high school needs your vote so it can win money for a new storage shed.

theatre program is entered into a contest to win a portion of $1 million, but it needs the help of the community to pull together to win.
Lauren Cochran, who teaches acting in the drama department and organizes the school's theatre program, said the school has been raising money for two years now for a storage shed.
"It's more like a storage facility," she said. " ... We have the PAC and it's great but there is no place to put our sets or our costumes."

The school gave the theatre department a piece of land and said if they could raise the money, they could build on it, Cochran said.
The department began the , but it has only raise $25,000 of the $50,000 needed for the storage facility.

"We're just bursting at the seams," she said. "We are out of space."
But when members of the theatre program heard the television show Glee was doing a contest to give away $1 million in cash prizes to a few schools across the country, Cochran thought Chelmsford might be able to pull it off.
The schools are divided into zones across the country and each school chosen will win a portion of the $1 million, said Cochran.
