The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory until 5 p.m., saying gusts of up to 45 mph or more will make driving difficult. Wind chill values will drop to the teens.

- WINDS...WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.
- TIMING...STRONGEST WINDS AROUND MIDDAY WILL SLOWLY DIMINISH DURING THE AFTERNOON.
- IMPACTS...SMALL TREE LIMBS AND BRANCHES MAY BE DOWNED. ISOLATED POWER OUTAGES. DIFFICULT DRIVING...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
