Most recognizable for her portrayal of seasoned triple-threat Ivy Lynn in NBC’s musical drama Smash, Tony nominee Megan Hilty is a dynamic performer both on stage and on screen. Hilty is currently playing the role of Madeline Ashton in the new hit musical, Death Becomes Her, which earned her a Tony Award nomination, a Drama League Award nomination, and two <a href="https://broadway.com/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Broadway.com</a> Audience Awards.

Join artist Moko Fukuyama for a special sunset conversation in the Sculpture Park. Fukuyama will speak about her large-scale installation <a href="https://thetrustees.org/content/moko-fukuyama-menagerie/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Menagerie</a> (2024), a vivid, open-structured sculpture that transforms salvaged trees into an array of hand-carved, lure-like forms.
Fukuyama will discuss how her practice is guided by the forms of salvaged wood, as well as her interest in human desire and sustainability. Influenced by a reverence for nature rooted in Shinto thought, her work invites us to think deeply about our relationship to the environment.

Join the Concord Band, directed by James O’Dell, on the concert lawn this summer as the Band returns to the Fruitlands Outdoor Stage for its 41st season of live music. Concerts start at 7:15pm. The theme of the July 23 concert will be “A Little Night Music” featuring Concord Band small ensembles. Bring your favorite fare, enjoy stunning sunset views, and settle in for an evening of music performed by a variety of small groups of band members. Bring a blanket and lawn chairs - there’s plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the evening. Well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome. Limited seating is available on the patio. Both the patio and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. $10/non-members, $5/members, children under 6 free. The Downsize for Diversity program was originally started by the 501(c)(3) organization, the Lincoln METCO Coordinating Committee, in Lincoln, MA, and raised $170,000 from 2017 to 2022. This was invested in a policy-driven endowment fund and has earned over $50,000 in investment income.
Since moving to the Boston Bridges Initiative in 2023 Downsize for Diversity has netted over $137,000 in art sales.
