Concord Carlisle played three goalkeepers in the game. Emma Mahoney (1 draw control, 2 ground balls, 1 caused turnover), Marin Epstein (1 assist), Caitie Standish (2 draw controls, 1 ground ball), Caroline Guild (1 caused turnover), and Annie Bannon (1 assist, 1 ground ball) anchored a gritty defensive effort for the Patriots.

Coach Paul Morrison was pleased with the effort saying “We possessed the ball well in the first ten minutes of the game. After letting up the first goal we scored 8 unanswered to take command of the game. I was happy to see a hard worker like Caroline Donelan get rewarded by putting a goal on the scoreboard. Jenny Robinson has been rock solid of defense, but every kid wants to score a goal, so it was great to see that for her. I also could not be happier to see Katherine McNally score her first varsity goal in her first varsity game.”
