Concord Cop Log: House Party Irks Neighbor, Road Rage, Unruly Patient at Emerson Hospital

The following are excerpts from the Concord police log. An arrest or charge does not indicate a conviction.

Sun., Sept. 20

  • 3:12 p.m. A loud party with a live band was reported on Main Street.
  • 5:26 p.m. A woman reported “loud bangs” near her home. The noise turned out to have come from Fort Devens.
  • 5:39 p.m. A woman was charged with speeding and failure to wear a seat belt following a traffic stop on Heaths Bridge Road.
  • 6:20 p.m. A road rage incident was reported on the Concord Turnpike. A driver in a black Chevrolet Silverado was reportedly swerving all over the road.
  • 11:06 p.m. A driver on Bradford Street was reportedly honking the horn for 15 minutes.

Mon., Sept. 21

  • 11:28 p.m. A bicyclist hit the back of a vehicle on Main Street. No one was hurt.
  • 12:32 p.m. Two drivers came into the police station complaining of a traffic incident they were involved in in Monument Square.
  • 5:26 p.m. Emerson Hospital staff called police to help them deal with an unruly patient.
  • 6:15 p.m. A pair of turkeys were trapped in a fenced area near the old rifle range off Marlboro Road.
  • 11:18 p.m. Silverware was reportedly stolen from a home on The Valley Road.
