CONCORD, MA—This has been a busy week of news in Concord.
A Concord man has been charged after a Wayland police was dragged between five and 15 feet by a vehicle as she worked a road construction detail on Route 30 in Wayland. William E. Prewitt, 20, was charged with operating to endanger and failure to stop for police.
