Concord Police Arrest 4 for OUI

A fifth suspect was seen driving erratically in Concord and then charged with OUI in Acton.

Concord police arrested an unusually high number of drivers for OUI over the last week.

From June 1 to June 7, police arrested four for OUI. A fifth suspect was seen driving erratically in Concord and then charged with OUI in Acton.

Concord police typically make one or no OUI arrests a week. Last month, they also arrested four people in a week on OUI charges.

Of the four people arrested last week, three were 25 or younger. One was a teenager and one had a previous OUI charge:

Mon., June 1

  • 8:58 p.m. Allison Rodriguez, 19, of Concord, was charged with OUI after police said someone called them from Dunkin’ Donuts on Thoreau Street and said Rodriguez was wearing pajama bottoms and looked “distraught” after having an argument with her mother.

Wed., June 3

  • 5:50 p.m. A caller told police and said the driver of a Land Rover on Route 62 was operating erratically. The driver crossed over to Acton, where police there arrested the driver for OUI.

Sat, June 6

  • 12:04 a.m. Following a traffic stop on Route 2, Luis Negron, 25, of Leominster, was charged with OUI and speeding.

Sun., June 7

  • 1:39 a.m. Following a traffic stop at the rotary, Sara Vose, 20, of Winchendon, was charged with OUI and a lane violation.
  • 9:31 p.m. Following a report that a driver was operating erratically on Route 62, Lisa Roumeliotis, 49, of Manchester, was charged with OUI (second offense) and a lane violation.
