4 OUI Arrests in 3 Days for Concord Police

Thur., May 14
- 1:28 a.m. Following a traffic stop on Route 2, Juliet Franjul, 25, of Boston, was charged with OUI (liquor) and a lane violation.
- 2:46 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Concord Greene, David Railsback, 64, of Concord, was charged with OUI (liquor) and failure to use caution.
Sat., May 16
- 3:33 a.m. Norma Flores, 30, of East Boston, was charged with OUI (liquor), negligent driving, and a lane violation. Police said she crashed her minivan near Sudbury Road. She was not hurt.
