Concord Police Log: 4 OUIs in 4 Days

Thur., Dec. 4

• 1:31 a.m. Following a traffic stop on Bedford Street, Kathryn McAleer, 27, of Maynard, was charged with OUI (liquor), a lane violation, having an open alcohol container in a vehicle, and speeding.
• 7:18 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Route 2, a driver was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license, speeding, and having an unregistered vehicle. The driver’s name was not released.

Fri., Dec. 5

• 1:21 a.m. Following a traffic stop on Route 2, Ryan Hargesheimer, 32, of Acton, was charged with OUI (liquor) and speeding.

Sat., Dec. 6

• 3:26 p.m. Following a crash on Barretts Mill Road, Michael Mahoney, 25, of Leominster, was charged with OUI (liquor) and a lane violation.

Sun., Dec. 7

• 5:39 p.m. Following a crash on Commonwealth Avenue, Donna Rassulo, 63, of Acton, was charged with OUI (liquor, third offense), negligent driving, and a lane violation.
