Concord Police Log: Tip Leads to DUI Arrest; Money Stolen from Nursing Home Resident; Lost Dog

Thur., Oct. 23
- 2:01 p.m. Jonathan Mukasa, 64, of Lynn, was charged with driving with a revoked/suspended registration and having an uninsured vehicle.
- 3:42 p.m. A spaniel was reportedly running loose on Thoreau Street.
- 5:31 p.m. Julia Nadler, 29, of Acton, was charged with operating with a suspended license.
- 8:42 p.m. Steven Blea, 26, of Acton, was charged with driving with a suspended license and having no inspection sticker.
- 9:17 p.m. A man on Stow Street reported his lost his Australian Shepherd dog.
- 10:05 p.m. Elizabeth Seiss, 48, of Acton, was charged with driving with a suspended license and having no inspection sticker.
Fri., Oct. 24
- 1:31 p.m. An erratic driver was reported on Route 2 west.
- 3:52 p.m. Money was stolen from a resident of the Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitation facility.
- 5:47 p.m. A caller reported illegal hunting on South Meadow Ridge. An officer responded to the scene and found bowhunters who were not violating any laws.

- 11:15 a.m. Golf clubs, a surf board, and two bicycles were stolen from a residence on Nutmeadow while the owner was out of town for two weeks.
- 12:27 p.m. A caller said an elderly man in all black clothing was peering into cars on Main Street. The man told police he was simply admiring newer-model cars.
- 2:06 p.m. A man said he received annoying phone calls from the Boston Globe and Boston Herald after he canceled his newspaper subscription.
- 9:51 p.m. A caller reported an erratic driver on Route 117. Weston police later arrested the driver on OUI charges.
- 11:30 p.m. A loud party was reported on Whits End Road.
