Concord Woman Charged with Second OUI After Striking a Pole with a Drink in the Car on a Monday Morning

Mon., Aug 4

8:07 a.m. A driver was cited for causing a minor crash at the intersection of Thoreau Street and Main Street.

8:52 a.m. Erin Logan, 45, of Hayward Mill Road, Concord, was charged with OUI (alcohol and drugs, second offense), negligent driving, having an open container, and violating lane restrictions. She was arrested after allegedly crashing into a pole on Strawberry Hill Road.

1:08 p.m. A caller said the driver of a black Toyota Yaris was swerving on Main Street and blew through a red light.

6:48 p.m. A caller on Peter Bulkeley Road said there was a suspicious person parked in a driveway. It turned out to be a home health aid.

Tue., Aug. 5

7:29 a.m. A caller on Stow Street reported people were playing tennis at Emerson Field before the allowed start time of 8 a.m. An officer spoke to the tennis players.

7:40 a.m. A caller said there were a bunch of speeding vehicles on Westford Road.

12:54 p.m. Iris Juarez, 40, of Waltham, was charged with driving after suspension/revocation and operating a vehicle without insurance.

11:04 p.m. A caller near White Pond said there was a loud group on the beach.

11:44 p.m. A caller on Nathan Pratt Drive said there was a loud group in the parking lot.
