Domestic Violence Services Network to Hold March Advocate Training

The three-week, 40-hour training course will begin March 14.

CONCORD, MA – Domestic Violence Services Network will host a volunteer advocate training starting in mid-March.

The three-week, 40-hour course begins March 14. Classes will be held Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30-9:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. An additional 12-14 hours of supervised field training will be held after the successful completion of the classroom portion.

Domestic Violence Services Network works with the police departments of Acton, Bedford, Boxborough, Carlisle, Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, Maynard, Stow, Sudbury, Wayland and Weston, as well as Hanscom AFB and Concord District Court, to combat domestic violence.
