INFORMATION IN SUPPORT OF EACH AGENDA ITEM MAY BE REVIEWED AT THE BOARD OF APPEALS OFFICE, FIRST FLOOR, 141 KEYES ROAD, MONDAY – FRIDAY 8:30 A.M. TO 4:30 P.M.

Continuances are typically heard between 7:30pm – 8:00pm with new hearings scheduled to begin at 8:00pm.  At the discretion of the Chair, continuances that are unresolved at 8:00pm   could be tabled until after all scheduled new hearings conclude.  

 

New Hearings:

1.      8:00 P.M. – Anthony Cardullo on behalf of Faye Erhard Hayes, for an Appeal from a Decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer, under Sections 4.7.1 and 11.4.2, for the storage of a non-operable vehicle in the garage at 1440 Main Street.

2.      8:05 P.M. – Shih-Chio Chang, for a Renewal of a Special Permit, under Sections 5.3.6.2 and 11.6, for a Special Home Occupation at 48 Ridgewood Road.

3.      8:10 P.M. – Brian Zagorites on behalf of Edward P. and Alisha P. Boyajian, for an Amendment to an existing Special Permit, under Sections 7.1.2, 7.1.3, 7.1.5 and 11.6, to change or substantially extend a non-conforming use and to reconstruct, extend, alter or change a non-conforming structure at 33 Stow Street.

4.      8:15 P.M. – Todd Hixon, for an Amendment to a Special Permit for a Planned Residential Development, under Sections 10 and 11.6, to allow construction of a room over the garage and a stairway connection to the first floor at 73 Wayside Road.

5.      8:20 P.M. – Jane F. Huber and Gerald M. Kiwanuka, for a Special Permit, under Sections 4.2.2.1 and 11.6, to alter and use a building as a dwelling at 38 aka 50 Williams Road.
