A public meeting for a work session and/or continued hearings will be held at 7:30 P.M.

 

INFORMATION IN SUPPORT OF EACH AGENDA ITEM MAY BE REVIEWED AT THE BOARD OF APPEALS OFFICE, FIRST FLOOR, 141 KEYES ROAD, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 8:30 A.M. TO 4:30 P.M.

Continuances are typically heard between 7:30pm – 8:00pm with new hearings scheduled to begin at 8:00pm.  At the discretion of the Chair, continuances that are unresolved at 8:00pm   could be tabled until after all scheduled new hearings conclude.  

 

Continuances:  

1.      Paul Denisevich for a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval, under Sections 7.1.2, 7.1.3, 7.1.4, 7.2, 7.7.2.12, 11.6 and 11.8, for lighting, for relief from parking requirements, to change or substantially extend a non-conforming use and to reconstruct, extend, alter or change a non-conforming structure in the Flood Plain Conservancy District at 9 Independence Court (Parcel 0837), Lot 2X Main Street (Parcel 0838), 17 Main Street (Parcel 0841), 7 aka 1 Main Street (Parcel 0842-1), 7-2 Main Street (Parcel 0842-2), 7-3 Main Street (Parcel 0842-3), and 7-4 Main Street (Parcel 0842-4).

2.      Normandy Concord Acquisition, LLC a Delaware limited liability company, for a further amendment to and re-grant of a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval, under Sections 7.2, 7.7, 7.7.2.4, 7.7.3, 7.7.3.6, 11.6 and 11.8, originally granted on September 12, 2001, extended on July 30, 2003, July 27, 2005 and July 31, 2007, and amended/re-granted on March 20, 2009, for parking, lighting and work in the Flood Plain Conservancy District at 300-330 Baker Avenue.

3.      Herman W. Hemingway, Esq., on behalf of Walter Nehalsingh, for an Appeal from a Decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer, under Sections 4.7.1 and 11.4.2, regarding the open air storage of materials at 57 Grove Street.

New Hearings:

1.      8:00 P.M. – Thoreau Farm Trust for a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval, under Sections 4.3.1, 4.3.4, 5.4.5, 11.6 and 11.8, for an educational and philanthropic use to hold special events at 341 Virginia Road.

2.      8:05 P.M. – Michael and Naomi Rosenfeld for a Special Permit, under Sections 4.2.2.1 and 11.6 of the Bylaw, to alter and use a building as a dwelling at 385 Garfield Road.

3.      8:10 P.M. – Michael and Naomi Rosenfeld for a Special Permit, under Sections 4.2.2.2 and 11.6 of the Bylaw, for an additional dwelling unit at 389 Garfield Road.

4.      8:15 P.M. – Mahoney Architects, on behalf of Theresa E. Stokes, for a Special Permit, under Sections 4.2.2.2 and 11.6 of the Bylaw, for an additional dwelling unit at 131 Sudbury Road.

5.      8:20 P.M. – Martha M. Nestor for an amendment to an October 6, 2000 Special Permit, under Sections 4.2.2.1, 7.1.2, 7.1.3, 7.1.5 and 11.6, to change or substantially extend a non-conforming use and to reconstruct, extend, alter or change a non-conforming structure, in order to change the lot lines by means of a land swap and a release of restrictive covenants at 97 Estabrook Road.

6.      8:25 P.M. – Normandy Concord Acquisition, LLC a Delaware limited liability company, for a Special Permit, under Sections 5.4.1.3 and 11.6, to allow the use of a mobile MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) trailer at 330 Baker Avenue.
