INFORMATION IN SUPPORT OF EACH AGENDA ITEM MAY BE REVIEWED AT THE BOARD OF APPEALS OFFICE, FIRST FLOOR, 141 KEYES ROAD, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 8:30 A.M. TO 4:30 P.M.

Continuances are typically heard between 7:30pm – 8:00pm with new hearings scheduled to begin at 8:00pm.  At the discretion of the Chair, continuances that are unresolved at 8:00pm   could be tabled until after all scheduled new hearings conclude.  

 

Continuances:  

  • Paul Denisevich for a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval, under Sections 7.1.2, 7.1.3, 7.1.4, 7.2, 7.7.2.12, 11.6 and 11.8, for lighting, for relief from parking requirements, to change or substantially extend a non-conforming use and to reconstruct, extend, alter or change a non-conforming structure in the Flood Plain Conservancy District at 9 Independence Court (Parcel 0837), Lot 2X Main Street (Parcel 0838), 17 Main Street (Parcel 0841), 7 aka 1 Main Street (Parcel 0842-1), 7-2 Main Street (Parcel 0842-2), 7-3 Main Street (Parcel 0842-3), and 7-4 Main Street (Parcel 0842-4).

New Hearings:

  • 8:00 P.M. – Linda C. Hossfeld for a Renewal of a Special Permit, under Sections 5.3.6.2 and 11.6, for a Special Home Occupation at 47 Elsinore Street.
  • 8:05 P.M. – Herman W. Hemingway, Esq., on behalf of Walter Nehalsingh, for an Appeal from a Decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer, under Sections 4.7.1 and 11.4.2, regarding the open air storage of materials at 57 Grove Street.
  • 8:10 P.M. – Gordon T. Mackey for a Special Permit, under Sections 7.1.3, 7.1.5 and 11.6, to reconstruct, extend, alter or change a non-conforming structure at 227 Belknap Street.
  • 8:15 P.M. – Concord Lumber Corporation for a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval, under Sections 7.1.2, 7.1.3, 7.1.7, 7.2 and 11.6 to change or substantially extend a non-conforming use and to reconstruct, extend, alter or change a non-conforming structure after catastrophe or involuntary demolition in the Flood Plain Conservancy District at 126 Lowell Road.
  • 8:20 P.M. – Normandy Concord Acquisition, LLC a Delaware limited liability company, for a further amendment to and re-grant of a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval, under Sections 7.2, 7.7, 7.7.2.4, 7.7.3, 7.7.3.6, 11.6 and 11.8, originally granted on September 12, 2001, extended on July 30, 2003, July 27, 2005 and July 31, 2007, and amended/re-granted on March 20, 2009, for parking, lighting and work in the Flood Plain Conservancy District at 300-330 Baker Avenue.
  • 8:25 P.M. – Save Our Heritage, Inc. and Michael McGrath for an Amendment to a June 30, 2004 Special Permit, under Sections 6.3.3 and 11.6 to allow reduced frontage, lot width and lot area for a re-division of land that would provide three lots instead of two at 440 and 448 Barretts Mill Road.
