Now in its seventh year at the Women's Well, this popular circle offers women a relaxing time and place to learn about Buddhism through teachings, discussion and meditation. The four-part series follows the Tibetan Lam Rim tradition by introducing topics in a progressive sequence that provides an understanding of the Buddha’s essential teachings. Through story and analogy we’ll explore the relevance of this wisdom in today’s challenging world. Topics include the nature of mind and meditation, the spiritual journey, life, death, karma, compassion, and more. Those who have attended in the past are welcome to return, as discussions are always fresh and topical.
Full series or drop-in ok. Pre-registration is appreciated, but not required. Donations are requested to cover Women’s Well costs.
