5.  NEW BUSINESS:

a.      Howard Gordon to present FYE 6/30/2011 Budget for approval

b.      Approve the low bid of $68,187 from Linwood Construction for Work Plan #067041, Septic Repair at Strawberry Hill Road.

c.      Approve the low bid for Boiler Replacement at Bedford Street, Strawberry Hill Road and Thoreau Street, (TBD) Work Plan #1020 (ARRA Weatherization Assistance Program).

d.      Discuss inviting David Hale to a future meeting to discuss his planned development in West Concord and offer to have CHA manage the property.

e.      Discuss providing a letter to CPA in support of Emerson Annex's application for CPA funding.

f.      Discuss change to Lock-out Fee.

g.      Discuss results of meeting with DHCD regarding Formula Funding/Capital Improvement Plan.

h.      Discuss and Vote whether to allow outdoor Fire Pits at family developments

i.      Discuss whether to make PBT a non-smoking building after renovation
