        Update of PBT funding for A/C   

5.  NEW BUSINESS:

a. Approve the contract in the base bid amount of $5,299,000.  Prior to the execution of this contract if the CHA is unable to secure sufficient funding the Board votes to:

        Accept Deduct Alternate No. 1 in the amount of $75,900, and award this contract in the amount of $5,223,100; or

        In addition to accepting Deduct Alternate #1, we also accept Deduct Alternate #2 in the amount of $114,678 and award this contract in the amount of $5,108,422.

b. Approve low bidder of $11,625.00 from M&R Construction for ADA bathroom renovation at TILL House, 282 Thoreau Street.

c. Approve letter of support for CHDC to be sent to CPC.
