Children (ages 4+) explore science-themed activities inspired by the popular PBS Kids Go! series FETCH! with Ruff-Ruffman, led by a staff member from The Discovery Museums in Acton.At Fun with Fables on 4/10, we'll read some fables from The Wise Fool and then create a tool to rescue the moon, which has fallen from the sky, and design a suspension bridge to help a man cross a river. At Pirate Adventurers on 4/24, we'll read Port Side Pirates! and then design a pirate ship that can carry all the captain's gold and create pirate-themed thaumotropes (wonder turners). Ages 4+.
