Notice is hereby given that the Historic Districts Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, July 28, 2011, at 7:00 P.M. in the First Floor Meeting Room, 141 Keyes Road, Concord, Massachusetts.

Continuances are typically heard between 7:00pm – 7:30pm. Scheduled hearings begin at 7:30pm. At 7:30pm, unresolved continuances will be tabled until after all scheduled hearings conclude. This practice may be altered by the Chair at his/her discretion. Public Hearings will start no earlier than the posted time.
New Hearings:
1. 7:30 P.M. – Leah Kenney, 533 Lexington Road, American Mile Historic District, new fencing.
2. 7:35 P.M. – The Cheese Shop, 29 Walden Street, Main Street Historic District, new signage.
3. 7:40 P.M. – Anne Marie McGarry, 410 Lowell Road, Barrett Farm Historic District, relocate garage and new addition.
4. 7:45 P.M. – Thomas J. and Diane E. Harwood, 586 Main Street, Main Street Historic District, new side entrance, lighting and landscape changes.
5. 7:50 P.M. – Jeff and Linda Morgan, 495 Monument Street, Monument Square/North Bridge Historic District, replace window sashes; alter existing garage and construct new detached garage; add canopy over side door; reconfigure existing driveway; and relocate HVAC equipment.
