Notice is hereby given that the Historic Districts Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, March 1, 2012, at 7:00 P.M. in the First Floor Meeting Room, 141 Keyes Road, Concord, Massachusetts.

 

Scheduled public hearings begin at 7:30pm.  Public Hearings will start no earlier than the posted time.  Continued public hearings will be discussed following the new public hearings discussions.

7:00 P.M. - Executive Session to discuss litigation with respect to the Balulescu case  

 

New Public Hearings:

 

7:30 P.M. – Middlesex Savings Bank, 64 Main Street, Main Street Historic District, New signage

 

7:35 P.M. – William & Donna Carey, 69 Walden Street, Main Street Historic District, Replace chimney caps and alter windows

 

7:40 P.M. – Kimiko K. Butcher & Neil Grundy, 396 Lexington Road, American Mile Historic District, New additions & alterations, windows, detached garage, paint color, lighting, and paving

 

7:45 P.M. – John Battle, 277 Main Street, Main Street Historic District, Additions and detached garage

 

7:50 P.M. – Nancy L. Heselton, 46 Wood Street, Main Street Historic District, New addition, bay and windows

 

 7:55 P.M. – Jonathan & Judith Keyes, 91 Liberty Street, Monument Bridge Historic District, New addition, lighting, and ramp
