Notice is hereby given that the Historic Districts Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, February 2, 2012, at 7:00 P.M. in the First Floor Meeting Room, 141 Keyes Road, Concord, Massachusetts.
Continuances and/or Other Business items are typically discussed between 7:00pm – 7:30pm. Scheduled hearings begin at 7:30pm. At 7:30pm, unresolved continuances may be tabled until after all scheduled hearings conclude. This practice may be altered by the Chair at his/her discretion. Public Hearings will start no earlier than the posted time.
7:00 P.M. - Executive Session to discuss litigation with respect to the Balulescu case
Public Hearings:
7:30 P.M. – Concord Independent Battery, 150 Lexington Road (Heywood Meadow), American Mile Historic District, widen entrance to drive leading to Concord Gun House
7:35 P.M. – Sally Sanford, 11 Wood Street, Main Street Historic District, Install patio, steps, retaining wall and fencing
Postponed Public Hearing to follow:
Jane Scerra, 51 Lang Street, Monument Square/North Bridge Historic District,
Exterior renovations including new additions, windows, doors, garage, paving and
lighting
