Notice is hereby given that the Historic Districts Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, October 20, 2011, at 7:00 P.M. in the First Floor Meeting Room, 141 Keyes Road, Concord, Massachusetts.
Continuances are typically heard between 7:00pm – 7:30pm. Scheduled hearings begin at 7:30pm. At 7:30pm, unresolved continuances will be tabled until after all scheduled hearings conclude. This practice may be altered by the Chair at his/her discretion. Public Hearings will start no earlier than the posted time.
7:00 P.M. - Executive Session to discuss issues involving personnel

There are no continued hearings scheduled for this Meeting.
New Hearings:
1. 7:30 P.M. – Sara and David Wiener, 20 Bow Street, Monument Square/North Bridge Historic District, retaining wall, fencing, lamppost and mailbox.
2. 7:35 P.M. – Barberry Homes, 71 Barretts Mill Road, Barrett Farm Historic District, replace windows, lighting, roof, doors, siding and trim on barn and install new fence.
