Continuances and/or Other Business items are typically discussed between 7:00pm – 7:30pm.  Scheduled hearings begin at 7:30pm.  At 7:30pm, unresolved continuances may be tabled until after all scheduled hearings conclude.  This practice may be altered by the Chair at his/her discretion.  Public Hearings will start no earlier than the posted time.

New Hearings:

 

7:30 P.M. – Wendy and Mark Rovelli, 42 Bow Street, Monument Street/North Bridge Historic District, Install new and alter existing windows

 

7:35 P.M. –  Jeff and Linda Morgan, 495 Monument Street, Monument Street/North  Bridge Historic District, Amend existing approval to relocate new carriage      house and reconfigure proposed driveway

 

7:40 P.M. – Concord Museum, 200 Lexington Road, American Mile Historic District, Replace slate roof, rebuilt four chimneys, replace broken shutters, repair and paint woodwork and trim

 

7:45 P.M. –  Joellen O’Neil, 26 Munroe Place, Monument Street/North Bridge Historic District, Construct new front porch

 

Other Business including but not limited to:

 

1.      Election of Chairman and Secretary

2.      Minutes of October 20 Executive Session and November 3 Open Meeting

3.      Discussion and Approval of Response to Board of Selectmen letter dated November 7, 2011
