MEETING AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Historic Districts Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, November 3, 2011, at 7:00 P.M. in the First Floor Meeting Room, 141 Keyes Road, Concord, Massachusetts.

Continuances are typically heard between 7:00pm – 7:30pm.  Scheduled hearings begin at 7:30pm.  At 7:30pm, unresolved continuances will be tabled until after all scheduled hearings conclude.  This practice may be altered by the Chair at his/her discretion.  Public Hearings will start no earlier than the posted time.

 

Continued Hearing:

  • Jane and Mark Scerra, 51 Lang Street, Monument Square/North Bridge Historic District, new additions, roof shingles, front door, lighting, gutters, paint colors and paving; and front porch alterations.

New Hearings:

  • 7:30 P.M. Concord Lumber Corporation, 126 Lowell Road, Main Street Historic District, replace collapsed lumber storage building.
  • 7:35 P.M. Anne-Ghilaine Marino, 366 Lexington Road, American Mile Historic District, replace gutters and downspouts.
  • 7:40 P.M. Louisa May Alcott Memorial Association, 399 Lexington Road, American Mile Historic District, relocate Concord School of Philosophy on new foundation.
